Takeshi Gotoh has lived in the Netherlands since 1971. Involved in business development of Nagasaki Holland Village and Huis Ten Bosch since 1983. Cooperated in the production of numerous programs of NHK such as Ryotaro Shiba's "Meiji era" Taro no Kuni no Monogatari "" and "Kaido wo Yuku ". Served as a member of the Dutch Higher Education Council. Books written include "Euthanasia and Staring at Death" (NHK Publishing) and "Country where people with dementia euthanize" (Mumbo Shobo).
1971 年からオランダ在住。ジャパン・ユーロ・プロモーションズ代表。宮城県グローバル・ビジネス・アドバイザー。長崎オランダ村やハウステンボスの事業開発に関わる。司馬遼太郎の「明治創生期“太郎の国の物語”」「街道をゆく“オランダ紀行”」など数多くの番組制作に協力。オランダ高等教育審議委員などを歴任。著書に『安楽死生と死を見つめる』（NHK 出版）『認知症の人が安楽死する国』(雲母書房)などがある。
